So as you may have seen, last weekend my husband and I took a stack of photos of me in costume at our local gardens.

I wear glasses 24/7, but take them off for photos. This means that I didn't see any of the looks people were giving us; just that they were looking in our general direction. Hubby was a little uncomfortable with the attention, but I wasn't phased - I was in character

In my head I was a haughty baroness, perhaps Lady Tremaine of Cinderella or The Queen in Snow White. I actually giggled to myself as I was wondering through the red and white rose garden, singing "We're Painting the Roses Red" and screaming "OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!" - in my head of course, not out loud



So I apologise if I seemed a bit grumpy in the photos, I will try to think happier thoughts next time

She is holding a competition based on the series, and I entered some of my photos. It's open to Digital and Traditional Art, as well as Stock. The contest ends on the 9th of November, so if anyone is looking for a last minute project - I highly recommend it!
